Francisco - Feitoria Fenícia of Abul - Villa Romana de Santa Catarina - Sanctuary of the Lord of Martyrs The Sado River, the coastline and the natural life are the main elements. The Nature Reserve of Sado Estuary offers over 23000 hectares of nature. We offer all visitors a wide range of outdoor activities, the highlight being the balloon rides and boat trips to explore the estuary of the River Sado and discover the richness of flora and fauna in their natural environment. The many local festivals, markets and beaches are all worth a visit as well.
