Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
