Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
