If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 7.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
