All apartments are pleasant with modern decorations and amenities, and include balconies with a sea view.

Hotel details

In May and June a minimum stay is required of 3 nights. In July and August a minimum stay is required of 7 nights. In September until December a minimum stay is required of 3 nights.

Please note that we do not have a reception and because of this guests must arrive before 18:00. Please inform us of your arrival time so that we will be able to explain where you can pick up your apartment key.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
