Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  One child or adult is charged EUR 80.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 50.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
