Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 4.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
