Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is not included.  16 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
