Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.94 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two further children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
