Breakfast is served : - from 06:30 until 10:00 (Monday - Friday) - from 08:00 until 10:00 (Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays) Drink and snack vending machines are located throughout the residence.

Reception opening hours: - From Monday until Friday: 07:00 until 21:00 - Saturday: from 09:00 to 12:00 - Closed on Sundays If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please call the residence directly 2 days before your arrival to obtain access codes.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
