Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
