The resort's own exclusive restaurant serves creative versions of typical local dishes and has an extensive list of superior wines.

Pets are not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. When booking the half-board service, please note that beverages are not included with the meal. Please note: you must specify in the comments note if you wish to book the half board option also for the guest staying in the extra bed.

Travel information

From Catania Take the Palermo-Catania motorway (A19) towards Palermo. Exit at Caltanissetta and follow the signs to Agrigento (SS640). Ignore the first signal for Agrigento Centre and continue along the main road at the roundabout Giunone. At the roundabout follow the signs for Porto Empedocle (exit from the third round), continuing on the SS640. Go ahead, ignore the first exit on the right to San Leone, and go forward. Exit at the first street on your right (attention, it is not a state with exit signs, but a crossbar), Then follow directions for DEMETRA Resort that will take you to your destination.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
