Hotel details

For all short-term stays, the rate of the apartment includes bed made before arrival, bathroom and bedroom linen, 1 dishcloth, TV, and end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding the kitchen area and dishes). For all stays of a minimum of 7 nights, the services aforementioned are at an additional cost. Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.05 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
