All rooms are apartment style with separate bedroom(s)and open-plan living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, spa baths in all rooms and individual balconies. Aroma Cafe+Bar is located on the ground floor.

Hotel details

Contemporary style hotel on Adelaide's premier boulevard - North Terrace. Convention Centre and Skycity Casino just across the road. Oaks Horizons have a very strict No Party Policy. Check in may be refused if you are identified to be planning a party in the hotel. ID and a valid credit card is required at check in. Registered guests must be over 18 yrs.

Cash is not normally an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card should be presented upon arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
