Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
