Each of the apartments in this complex come with a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed. They also have a large lounge area complete with sofa bed and satellite TV. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped American kitchen and then relax and admire the sunsets from the balcony or terrace.

In addition to the facilities already mentioned, this hotel has 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 for children. It also has 4 Jacuzzis. For the little ones there is a Miniclub, a children’s play area and a mini disco. The hotel also organises a daily and nightly entertainment programme.

Isla Bonita has a variety of bars and restaurants: La Bodega - This buffet restaurant serves international-style cuisine. It also caters for special dietary requirements. Biergarten barbecue - This barbecue bar serves Canarian specialities. L'Italia in Tavola Italian restaurant - Special buffet with Italian-style cuisine. Bar Plaza - Open in summer, with live concerts. Bar Acuario - Open during winter, with live concerts. Bar Piscina - Grab a refreshment and ice cream while you relax by the swimming pool.

The hotel does not accept American Express as a method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 60 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
