Hotel details

The hotel features 2 adult swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter, and one children’s pool. Beside these you will find a towel hire service and a poolside bar serving you refreshing drinks in the year-round sunshine. You can even indulge yourself with a massage (surcharge applies). During the day, children can enjoy themselves at the mini-club. There is also regular entertainment for the whole family, including live music and professional shows.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s buffet restaurant serves an extensive selection of international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also enjoy barbecue food outside and snacks at La Palapa bar. Meanwhile, the lobby bar serves a range of refreshing alcoholic and soft drinks throughout the day.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.30 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
