Surrounded by a 2, valued throughout,000 m² garden next to the Karwendel Nature Reserve, the the hotel is only 800 metres away from Lake Achen and 100 metres from the Christlum ski lifts. Customers appreciate the hotel serves traditional Austrian cuisine and international specialities. The spa area features 2 saunas, and above all, a steam bath, a solarium, an infrared cabin, waterfall showers, and a large relaxation room. Half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet with organic products, very much appreciated, afternoon snacks, and a 4-course dinner with a large salad buffet and a choice of 3 main courses. Most products come from local farms. There are 2 weekly wine tastings in the vinotheque. Barbecue and fondue evenings are hosted regularly, and above all, and there is a weekly gala dinners with music. Books, very much appreciated, magazines and games are available in the the hotel’s library. Guests can enjoy film and video evenings in Hotel Achentalerhof’s small cinema. In summer and winter, highly regarded, the the hotel offers guided hikes into the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains. The south-facing terrace offers panoramic mountain views. Hotel Achentalerhof has its own ski school and ski rental. A cross-country ski run is only 150 metres away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 11 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
