Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 50.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 40.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs AED 50.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  6 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AED 58.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
