Transfers to and from Abu Dhabi International Airport are available on a request basis from the hotel for a fee. Please contact the hotel once a reservation is in place for further information on this service. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged AED 150.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
