Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AED 76.00 per person.  Breakfast costs AED 38.00 per child under 12 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 4 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
