Please note that during Ramadan bed and breakfast rates would be based on normal morning breakfast for non-fasting people, and on sohour for fasting people

Transfers to and from Abu Dhabi International Airport or Dubai International Airport can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact the hotel directly for more information. Some nationalities can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival at the airport. Please check your visa requirements before travelling.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged AED 125.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged AED 250.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
