Guests can make themselves a tea or coffee in the pantry or help themselves to a drink from the honesty bar. Tea and coffee making facilities can also be provided in the rooms on request. Guests are invited to make themselves at home and to make full use of the reception room, which has satellite TV, books, magazines, CDs and DVDs.

Food & Beverages

A full cooked Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room. By prior arrangement, guests can also choose to enjoy a tray of fresh coffee, croissants, homemade bread and pastries in their suite at a time to suit.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
