As we opened at the start of December 2006, you can be assured that everything is new. With only 6 rooms, we have confidence that we can take care of our customers. We know what people want when they visit somewhere at the first time. Let us take care of you when you are in Ao Nang.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs THB 100.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
