The tasteful restaurant, where the emphasis is on high standards and value for money, has an enviable reputation for the quality of its food and imaginative menu, which features a large and varied selection of dishes. The hotel is also happy to meet any special dietary needs on request. Food is served all day, every day from 11:00 to 21:00 and to accompany your meal a carefully selected choice of red and white wines are available. The restaurant now incorporates the coffee shop, open from 09:30 from Monday to Saturday, which serves a selection of speciality coffees and teas, as well as a mouth watering choice of cakes and pastries. The hotel's front bar is a peaceful area where you can eat, drink and enjoy reading the newspaper or planning your next outing in the unique Fenland countryside in front of an open log fire. The more lively side bar, which is enjoyed by local people and passing tourists, offers an extensive range of bar foods plus a daily specials board and a separate snacks menu.
