The combination of comfort and luxury! 1 romantic Royal bridal suite with a large jacuzzi, bathrobes with slippers, coffee/tea facillities, audio installation with a CD-collection and minibar. For Zwolle’s most convivial lounge come to the Grand Café which is perfect for an informal lunch or dinner. The terrace will fit the bill on summery days. Also when you are looking for a conference room for a couple of hours or for several days, for 3 up to 100 people, we are happy to be at your service.

Food & Beverages

The extensive menu of Restaurant-W offers a wide variety French cuisine. There is a special priced menu, daily changing meat and fish dishes and an a la carte menu with a choice of specialties. The menu and culinary themes change frequently though always include vegetarian dishes. The restaurant is open 7 days a week. Chef Kees Mellink and Host Bernard Brink are happy to welcome you. As soon as weather permits, food is served on the sun drenched terrace. For Zwolle’s most convivial lounge come to the Grand Café which is perfect for an informal lunch or dinner.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 19.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
