For your meetings, seminars and special occasions Hotel Mercure Zwolle offers 16 fully equipped function rooms, the largest of which is suitable for approximately 400 people. Our unique Business Point M., with its informal atmosphere, is the ideal solution for all your small business meetings, as it also offers sufficient privacy and modern facilities. Smoking is only allowed in the bar, the foyer and the meeting rooms lounge.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy a quick lunch or sit down in the evenings to dine sumptuously at our cosy, modern restaurant. Our deluxe breakfast buffet is also available in the restaurant. Additionally, our bar Bartjens offers a casual ambience for a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of Grands Vins Mercure in the evenings, complemented with a snack.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.95 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
