Pleasant atmosphere Our cosy 28 rooms are cosy and friendly. (Most of them are non-smoker rooms). All rooms are equipped with shower / WC, clock radio, television, phone and safe. LAN connections for your Laptops are provided. An extensive breakfast in our conservatory for a good start in the day. Among the standards, our staff offers you fresh croissants and Brötli, ham, salamis, cold cuts, different cheese kinds, jams. In addition, you find fruit salad, cereals, orange juice and „ein friendly good morning of our staff “.

Well being in Zurich. Our small, charming hotel offers all advantages of an urban location, but also the recreational value of the outskirts. An oasis of comfort during your business or private stay in Zurich. City strollers, fair visitors and business people are right with us. We offer 28 rooms in harmonious ambience for fair prices. By car it takes you approx. 15 minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the airport of Kloten. By Tram it takes you only 10 stops to the Zurich city centre.

Food & Beverages

The hotel's restaurant Landhus is influenced by Mediterranean cuisine and serves seasonal meals and beverages. The restaurant is open from 7:00 to midnight Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 to 23:00 on Sundays. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 to 10:00 on Sundays.

Please notify during the booking process whether you require a parking space. We will do our best to reserve one for you. If you depart before 07.00 you need to pay on the day before your departure until 22:15.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs CHF 15.60 per hour. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
