From Lucerne / Chur Freeway Zurich-City -> follow Manessestrasse -> turn left onto Stauffacherquai -> turn right over the Sihlbrücke onto Sihlstrasse -> after 300m right hand side, you find the Glockenhof. Main railway Station By trams 6 / 7 / 11 / 13 to Station "Rennweg" or 7 minutes walk to the Hotel. Airport Zurich-Kloten Take any train to Zürich-HB. By City Hotel bus (Schedule and tickets available from Airport Welcome Desk). Taxi in front of terminals. Rate approx. CHF 55.00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. American breakfast costs CHF 8.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
