The restaurant "Crazy Cow" is open until 22:30. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 07:00 until 10:00. The restaurant is not wheelchair-accessible (steps at the entrance and to the toilets).

Payment Information: Payment upon check out. The hotel accepts personal credit-card, cash or traveller checks. The hotel has some disabled facilities. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.

Shuttle service from/to airport Travel information By car: - Follow the signs 'City' to 'Central'. - There you will see 4 illuminated advertising signs for 'Lindt chocolate' - Pass these signs to your immediate right and keep bearing right up into the Weinbergstrasse. - Take the next right into the Leonhardstrasse and diagonally opposite, you will see the Leonhard Hotel and Crazy Cow signs. By train: - From the main railway station take streetcar number 6 (direction 'Zoo') or number 10 (direction Oerlikon). - Get off at second stop 'Haldenegg". by plane: - Follow the signs 'hotelbus'. - The Ben Shuttle service leaves every 30 minutes from 5:30 until 22.00 daily. - The 12 km transfer takes approximately 20 minutes. Cost: 1 Person CHF 25, 2 Persons CHF 30, 3 Persons CHF 35.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 17.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
