Rooms

There are 150 redesigned non-smoking rooms in the hotel. A Nespresso coffee machine, good-night service, individually adjustable temperature, Bulgari toiletries in the bathroom, fruits, 2 mineral waters and free high-speed Internet access comprise the attractive offer on our Premium Deluxe floor.

The Migros Fitnesspark health and wellness facilities on 3,000 m² of floor space with direct access from the hotel (entry chargeable and to guests aged 16 and over), a recreation area and a shopping mall with more than 50 specialist retail outlets are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle transfer at scheduled times, a 24-hour business corner and underground parking facilities with 850 reasonably priced parking spaces (belonging to the hotel and the shopping mall). There are 9 rooms in the Meeting Place seminar area for 2 to 110 attendees, including our Meet and Relax room facilities, and 10 rooms in our Convention Centre for 2 to 1,200 attendees.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
