Our cosy hotel, of 3-stars category, is conveniently located at the main road B96 and only a few walking minutes away from the city centre and station of Zossen. Behind the house you will find a large beer garden, which is defined by the channel Nottelkanal. Directly attached to our hotel site there is the picturesque municipal park of Zossen.

Food & Beverages

Have a comprehensive breakfast buffet in the morning - with fresh bread rolls and jam, cold meat, cheese, fruits and coffee or tea. In our restaurant we serve tasty dishes of regional cuisine. Take a seat at one of the large windows and enjoy a wonderful view over the beer garden, the channel "Nottekanal" and the municipal park.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
