Here you're free to do just as you please, and can be assured of a high standard of comfort and friendly and attentive service. Traditional swiss hospitality at its very best. All the rooms are beautifully appointed with bath or shower, WC, hair-dryer, mini-bar, telephone, radio, TV, Internet connection, room safe and almost every room have a balcony with splendid view of the Matterhorn.

Hotel guests have free access to the wellness area and swimming pool at Hotel Julen, 50 metres away from Hotel Europe.

Food & Beverages

You will begin your day with a generous breakfast-buffet and round off the evening with a fine gourmet dinner. You will certainly find the appropriate wine on our European wine list.

Three persons (also children) only on request! In summer 2009 there will be renovations on the neighbouring property and also on the hotel grounds, therefor there might be some noise emissions.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
