In an apartment for 2 people, maximum capacity for extra beds / cots is 1. (max. 1 extra person) In an apartment for 4 people, maximum capacity for extra beds is 2 and for cots is 1. (max. 2 extra person and 1 baby) Extra beds and cots are only available on request and have to be confirmed by the hotel. Cost for extra beds and cots are not show in the total cost and are to be paid separately at the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
