The Hostel offers dormitories with bunk beds. Shared toilets and showers are located outside the rooms. Included in the price are a mattress with a top sheet, a woollen blanket and a pillow with a pillow case.

Food & Beverages

Sparky's Bar and Restaurant Relax after a day of skiing at Sparky's, have a beer or a hot chocolate watching the latest sports movies or enjoy a snack. You can also use free wireless internet to tell your friends about your adventures on the breathtaking mountains of Zermatt. Dinner (e.g. Thai Curry, Pasta, Nachos) is served between 18:00 and 22:00. Sparky's is open from 16:00 until midnight and is closed on Monday.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CHF 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
