Food & Beverages

Guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner at the Hotel Astoria (just 1 minute from Haus Monazit). Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00 and dinner (only on request) from 19:00 to 20:30.

Guests are asked to go to the Hotel Astoria (Steinmatterstrasse 32, 1-minute walk from the Monazit apartments) to check-in. Please note, that the one-time fee for the final cleaning is not included in the room rate. This is CHF 80 for the 2 ½-room apartment (CHF 40 if you stay only for one night) and CHF 50 for the studios (CHF 25 if you stay only for one night).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child from 1 to 18 years is charged CHF 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
