It is about 10 minutes' walk from the train station and the Klein-Matterhorn cable car. The family-friendly the hotel is located right in the centre of Zermatt and offers you spacious junior suites with balconies, valued throughout, most with superb views of the Matterhorn. A transfer from and to the train station or the taxi stand can be booked as well. Both can also be quickly reached by bus from the stop around the corner. During winter season you can book half board for a supplement. Wireless internet is available in the entire the hotel hotel free of charge. At Christmas and New Year and New Year's Eve special gala dinners can be enjoyed. In this case you will be served a delicious 5-course dinner. At a nearby sister hotel, very much appreciated, animation for kids is offered during the day and on request in the evening. Right next to the the hotel hotel there is a lively bar, valued throughout, a little supermarket, a bakery, several sports shops and restaurants. If you need a babysitter to come to the the hotel, and above all, this can easily be arranged.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs CHF 40 per person per night. Half board costs CHF 30 per night per child under 16 years. Half board costs CHF 20 per night per child under 11 years. Half board is free of charge for children up to 5 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
