Woudschoten Conferentiecentrum offers meeting facilities for 10 to 350 people. All conference rooms overlook the surrounding woodland and are furnished with comfortable furniture. Light, clean air and space enable you to concentrate in an inspiring environment. 27 conference rooms, 145 hotel guestrooms and catering facilities for hundreds of people are established in 2 main buildings secluded in the woods. Spacious conference rooms, guestrooms, restaurants, bars and recreation facilities. Space for privacy and an eye for detail. Hospitality and personal attention. A sense of small scale in a warm atmosphere.

Please note: Check-out time Monday to Friday: 09:00. Check-out time Saturday to Sunday: 10.30.

Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.93 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
