. Rooms and more. B & B Zandvoort offers clean and comfortable rooms, highly regarded, all with shower, toilet, TV, refridgerator and the facilities to make your own coffee and tea. Our large apartment, which is 2-6 persons, on the ground floor has a seperate bedroom, very much appreciated, a very comfortable bathroom, a toilet, a luxurious kitchen with microwave and oven. The studio even has its own kitchen. You can park your car for free in our street. It is even possible to turn the couch into an extra 2-persons bed.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is available between 08:30 and 10:30 at the Coffee Club Zandvoort, located on the Raadhuisplein (just 5 minutes on foot from the B&B). You can choose between a seat on the terrace or inside. In the summer there is a breakfast buffet and in the winter there is a plate service.

The B&B has no reception. Please contact us by mobile phone 15 minutes before your arrival. We will be at the Bed & Breakfast within 10 minutes. Please let the B&B know the time of your arrival, 1 week before your arrival day.

Area information B & B Zandvoort is located near the lively town centre, on the quiet Brederodestraat. The beach and the lively town centre are only a 5-minute walk away, while you can walk to the railway station in just 10 minutes. Well-known Dutch cities, such as Haarlem and Amsterdam, are easily accessible by public transport. Within 20 minutes you can enjoy the beautiful centre of Haarlem. Haarlem is very popular because of its many museums, the attractive cafés and the tasteful restaurants.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
