The villa is close to the city centre and is just 4 km from the very heart of Zakopane. As well as 12 comfortable and well-equipped rooms, the hotel has a conference room, jacuzzi, table-tennis table. The hotel’s canteen serves a variety of traditional Polish specialities. The immaculately tended beautiful gardens offer wonderful views of the magnificent Gubalowka Mountain and there is a small trout lake. The gardens provide plenty of space for children to play and there are dedicated areas for barbecues and bonfires. Hotel accepts cash only !

Extra beds are possible only in some of the triple rooms!

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged PLN 67.20 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 3 years are charged PLN 35.80 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
