Soak up the relaxed atmosphere with luxurious furnishings and reading lights on dimmer switches. The superior rooms have excellent en suite facilities with power showers, heated towel rails and marble finishings. The standard en suite rooms are also clean and comfortable with pleasant decoration.

For your convenience, Airden House is completely non-smoking. The guest house has limited car parking available on a first come, first served basis and thereafter there is a public car park at the bottom of the street.

Food & Beverages

After a good night's sleep, enjoy a traditional English breakfast, prepared using excellent local produce and served by welcoming staff in the relaxed, informal atmosphere of the light Victorian dining room. Special dietary requirements are also catered for. The hearty breakfast makes an excellent start to a day of sightseeing and shopping.

For credit card payments, there is a 3% surcharge added. Personal check-in times are between 12:30 and 15:00 and 18:00 and 19:30. Outside of these times please use the key code to check in (provided on the booking confirmation).

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
