Food & Beverages

The Royal Brasserie serves dinner daily between 18:00 and 21:00. We serve a selection of traditional and modern dishes. Although some of the rates are on a room only basis, our restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 07:30 until 09:30 Monday to Friday, and 10:30 at weekends.

Payment Information: The Queens Hotel will only be able to authorise credit cards. If you offer a debit card (Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa debit), The Queens Hotel will charge full payment prior to your arrival. Group Bookings: The Queens Hotel does not accept single sex groups of 5 people or more.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 7.75 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs GBP 7.75 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
