Travel information

By car: Take the A1 highway, exit at Wuppertal north. Take A46 exit Wuppertal-Elberfeld. Follow the directions to Elberfeld into the center of town. You are now on Morianstrasse, turn right into Grabeinstrasse. By public transport: Take the train to Wuppertal main train station, it is a 300-meter walk from the train station into the pedestrian zone (Alte Freiheit/Poststrasse). You will find the Domotel City Central at the end of the Poststrasse on the left hand side.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
