From Monday to Saturday, the restaurant opens from 12:00 until 15:00, and 18:00 until 21:00. On Sundays, the restaurant opens from 12:00 until 20:00.

Payment Information: If you booked before 31 January 2009, your credit card will be debited by "hotelinfo ltd." All bookings from 01 February 2009 will have cards debited by "RelaxInnz." Check-In Information: The latest check-in time is 22:00. If you are due to arrive later than this, please telephone hotel reception in advance. Extra Beds: Please note that extra beds in the rooms are only suitable for children and will not accommodate adults.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 16 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
