Food & Beverages

In our Prinz Carl restaurant we serve lunch from Monday to Friday between 11:30 and 14:00, and dinner from Monday to Saturday between 17:30 and 22:00. Please note that our restaurant is closed on Sundays and on German bank holidays.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
