All bedrooms are en suite and furnished to a high standard with the facilities listed in "room descriptions" as well as Wi-Fi internet access. Our new executive rooms include large flat-panel TVs and luxury en suite bathrooms. Superior and executive rooms have a mini fridge and air conditioning. Our deluxe suites are perfect for that special treat or romantic stay. We have disabled accommodation with lift access. Please call us to discuss you requirements so that we can reserve the appropriate rooms. We have 4 smoking rooms available on request.

These is free car parking available for up to 250 cars. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00, Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
