The hotel provides a choice of meeting rooms for 2-200 delegates. The main conference suite, with a private reception lounge, caters for up to 120 delegates, and there’s a choice of syndicate rooms for break-out sessions or training courses for up to 20 delegates. The experienced staff will cater for your every need and you can be sure of a quality event. The elegant Birkdale Suite is ideal for wedding receptions, banquets, civil ceremonies and dinner dances, or alternatively take advantage of the hotel's splendid gardens; the perfect setting for a marquee event. For a truly relaxing stay you can indulge with a visit to the Aqua Sante Spa, which offers a range of beauty treatments.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30. Breakfast times on Bank Holidays and weekends are from 08:00 until 10:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 until 14:00. Dinner is served from 19:00 until 21:30.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
