The seminar and convention center of the hotel is located in a bureau complex with 16 different convention rooms, ranging in size from 16 sqm to 255 sqm. This complex is connected to a picturesque park with a pond and parking lots, adverse to the castle Neuhaus. The hotel complex itself is located in the big courtyard of the castle (5466 sqm). This 4-star first class superior rated hotel features café and beer garden and its own beauty and spa area with an indoor pool. The whole piece of real estate has been lovingly and architecturally drafted with a barbecue area, playground, big pond, outdoor pool and inviting rest places with chairs and benches. Spa and wellness area “Agua-Fit” Oasis Our pool (8 x 4 meters) with a counter flow water jet, water fountain, 30 ° Celsius warm water and a depth of 1.46 meters offers you lots of space for your physical training in the water. Our spa area is located in the third floor of the hotel, which can be reached via a lift or stairs. The entire roof construct of the hotel is very lucid and creates an impressive atmosphere. Enjoy our “Agua-Fit “Oasis and indulge yourself in our pool with its technical gadgetry like the counter flow jet current, massage jets and water fall shower. You can also visit our saunas for a fee. We offer a Finnish sauna, steam sauna and an infra red booth. Work on your tan in our Ergoline tanning bed, or enjoy the hydro-jet massage couch. Professional physiotherapists and beauticians can be booked and await you.

Food & Beverages

Dine at our stylish restaurant “Romantik” or at the “Saphir” and choose between Mediterranean meat and fish specialties combined with regional dishes. Experience the wide variety created by our chef Ina Hofmeister. Enjoy a special, lovingly arranged candlelight dinner with a choice of 3-, 4- or 5-course menus (buffets from 20+ people) and a variety of parties in a nice setting. Our restaurant “Romantik” offers the perfect combination of historic ambiance and modern design. In nice weather, you may also enjoy sitting in our outdoor café and beer garden under 50 year-old Walnut trees, with excellent view on the historic castle.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.50 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
