Holiday Inn Woking offers comfortable and modern accommodation for business and leisure travellers alike. HuGo’s restaurant serves continental cuisine in contemporary surroundings & is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Alternatively, dine in privacy with a selection from Room Service (6am - 11pm). Our Conference Network facilities - 4 meeting rooms & 2 syndicate rooms all with natural daylight, wi-fi & air conditioning - provide a professional backdrop to meetings of up to 50 delegates. Other facilities include business centre & Mini-Gym and parking is available in the adjacent multi storey car park.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 6.50 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs GBP 10.50 per person.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
