The apartments are equipped with a TV and a remote control. In the hotel rooms, a TV and remote control can be requested for a small surcharge.

Hotel details

Staff at the Brückenkopf-Hotel are happy to meet any particular requests, such as providing additional bedding, sandwiches and assistance with bus or rail transfers. Longer stay guests may arrange to have their post delivered to the apartments.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant is open daily during peak season (from April to October). At other times, the restaurant can be opened upon prior arrangement. Lunch can also be provided upon prior arrangement. In the cosy fireplace room, you can enjoy a range of beverages, from fine wines to refreshing beers.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 6.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
